Bryan Lee Buffington...
was born to Lester and Marlene (Frank) Buffington on November 23, 1962 in Pipestone, Minnesota. He was raised in Holland, Minnesota and attended school in Pipestone. After his graduation from Pipestone High School in 1982, he did custom combining. Two years later, he moved to Cottonwood, Minnesota where he became employed by Mid-Continent Cabinet. In 1986, he moved back to the Holland area and worked for Bayliner Marine for over 15 years. While he was working for Bayliner, he purchased a house in Holland. He then worked for Hyde Oil in Pipestone for several years until becoming employed at Suzlon and several other jobs. For the past three years he has been disabled and was forced to stop working. On Sunday morning, July 26, 2015, Bryan died unexpectedly at his home in Holland at the age of 52 years, eight months and three days.
Bryan enjoyed fishing with his nieces and nephews and also going hunting. He also enjoyed beating his family and friends playing “Pepper”.
He is lovingly remembered by his parents, Lester and Marlene Buffington of Holland; one sister, Wanda Gilliland and her husband Robert of Willmar, Minnesota; three brothers, Rodney Buffington and his wife Sharon of Holland, Kevin Buffington and his wife Nichelle of Ivanhoe, Minnesota, and Daryl Buffington and his wife Sue of Holland; nine nieces and nephews; three great-nieces and great-nephews; and his special friends, Brenda Haarsma of Holland and Alan Zant of Marshall, Minnesota. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Walter and Mabel Frank; his paternal grandparents, Harold and Edna Buffington; and his niece, Darrelyn Ann Buffington.
