DEBORAH LEIGH COCHRAN was born June 30, 1962 to Bill and Carol (Feilner) Deason in St. Louis, Missouri. She graduated from Farmington (Missouri) High School in 1980. She was blessed with two daughters, Sarah and Cynthia. She lived in Farmington until she met David Cochran while chatting on-line and moved to Tyler, Minnesota in 2001. David and Deb were married on September 14, 2002 in Tyler. Deb worked at Dueber’s Department Store for several years. She also worked at Schwans and at Runnings in Marshall, Minnesota, and at REM in Tyler. In 2009, Deb began having health problems. She entered Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on October 8, and on Monday, October 17, 2011 Deb died at the age of 49 years, 3 months, and 17 days.
Deb loved to go fishing, crochet, work sudoku puzzles, listen to music, read, cook, play cards, and watch her favorite TV show—Law and Order. She especially enjoyed time spent with family and playing with her grandchildren.
Deb is lovingly remembered by her husband, David; daughters, Sarah (and David) Floer of Florence, Minnesota, and Cynthia (and Jason) Harter of Pipestone, Minnesota; step-daughters Michell (and James) Griffith of San Antonio, Texas, and Tonie (and Allen) Rittenhouse of Huntington, Indiana; 5 grandchildren, Samantha, Charlotte, Lucille, Cameron, and Parker; brother, Tim Deason of Farmington, Missouri; sister, Donna Deason of Farmington, Missouri; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Matthew Deason.
