Isabelle Faith Bloom

On December 12th 2022 at 5:17am, Isabelle Faith Bloom was welcomed into this world by her parents Tim and Keri Bloom, where she knew nothing but love. Isabelle weighed in at 4 lbs. 5oz. and was 17 1/2 inches long. Although her time with us was brief, we were able to enjoy many memorable moments with Isabelle.

In April of 2022, we learned of the precious life that God was fearfully & wonderfully making. Shortly after her life was revealed to us, Isabelle was able to help the ultrasound techs in Sioux Falls at the Alpha Center (to complete training) with her mom during her first of many “recitals”. Isabelle’s siblings were excited to find out that we were expecting “a little smore” love, due to arrive in December. At the ultrasound appointment on June 27th, she further revealed herself to mom and dad with a wave on the sonogram to say hi and joyfully greet us letting us know she was there. Isabelle was diagnosed with a life limiting diagnosis which encouraged us to cherish every precious moment that the Lord allowed us to have with her during our journey. Many trips were made to the hospital with Isabelle where we were able to enjoy seeing her activities and acrobatics. On September 27th, at 25 weeks along, daddy and big sister Kindryx were able to feel the first kicks; with the rest of the kiddos experiencing them shortly after. A special 4D ultrasound was given to Isabelle for her family to enjoy hearing her heartbeat and seeing the beautiful features of her face, her hands and her feet. She must have been excited to have her siblings, parents, and grandparents see her as she put on a delightful dance show for the entire duration of the ultrasound. Isabelle was a very active baby while in the womb which allowed for a cherished bond to develop with her loving family.

Isabelle was scheduled to be born on the afternoon of December 12th, but she reminded us early in the morning that although we determine the plans, God determines the footsteps! Mom and Dad embraced her upon arrival and sang Happy Birthday, Jesus Loves Me, and Jesus Loves the Little Children to her. Dad also snuck in a Rock-a-Bye Isabelle while he cuddled her. Isabelle’s life after birth was short but her presence left deep impressions on the hearts of her parents, family and many others who surrounded her. Isabelle was called into the arms of Jesus at 6:30 am.

Uncles & Aunts: Dayle & Christine Grooters, Brent & Kate Driscoll, Chris & Cara Bressler, Debra Conner, Dan & Melanie Bloom, T.J. & Jenn Barron, Johnny & Tessa Bloom, Mike & Kim Bloom, Chris & Ashley Haynes, Weston & Chelsea Waters, and Danielle Blanchette. She is preceded in death by great-grandparents: August & Margaret Bloom, Harold & Beverly Brundin, and Ervin & Sarah Boeve.
