Jean Hill

JEAN VIRGINIA HILL was born to William and Helen (Wallace) Hill on November 17, 1925 in Pipestone County, Minnesota. She attended both elementary and high school in Pipestone, graduating in 1944. She worked for some time as the treasurer of the senior center and also did odd housekeeping jobs around town. On Tuesday, May 27, 2014, Jean died at the Golden Living Center in Slayton, Minnesota, at the age of 88 years, 6 months, and 10 days old.

Jean enjoyed taking trips with the senior center. She loved putting together puzzles, playing bingo, and walking around Pipestone picking up trash. Jean always fed cats between the Nokomis apartment building and the senior center. She was very faithful to the senior dining program.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Doris Robbins; and three brothers, Marvin, Bob and Bill Hill.
