Kaye Marie Lokken was born December 8, 1953 to Carl and Eloise (Blegen) Hauschild in Hendricks, Minnesota. She was baptized and confirmed at Bethany Lutheran Church in Arco. Kaye grew up on the farm in Limestone Township, Minnesota and graduated from Ivanhoe High School in 1972. She then attended vo-tech school in Canby, Minnesota for education in clerical work. She was married to Garry Lokken in 1974 and Paul Hausken in 1994. Kaye drove truck since 1986 and was the owner and operator of an 18 wheeler covering 48 states. She made her home in Bonduel, Wisconsin. On Friday, November 17, 2017 Kaye died at her home following a decline in health at the age of 63 years.
Kaye had a great love for nature and enjoyed fishing, birds, crocheting, reading and driving her truck. Kaye was always willing to help others in need.
She is lovingly remembered by her mother, Eloise Hauschild of Minneota, Minnesota; sister, Joy (and Clyde) Bruns of Marshall, Minnesota; step-daughter, Latasha Hausken of Brainerd, Minnesota; nieces, Jennifer (and Luke) Gregoire of Marshall, and Victoria Bruns (and fianc Parker Freiss) of Rochester, Minnesota; great nephews, Jared Bruns, Gavin and Connor Gregoire; other family and friends. Kaye is preceded in death by her father, Carl Hauschild; maternal grandparents, Blanche and Floyd Blegen; paternal grandparents, Carl and Caroline Hauschild; and an uncle, Leroy Hauschild.
