Kenneth Clarence Hall was born February 21, 1950 to Clarence and Leona (Zgoda) Hall in Marshall, Minnesota. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Dionysius Catholic Church in Tyler, Minnesota, and grew up on the farm north of Tyler. After graduation from Tyler High School he attended vo-tech school in Canby, Minnesota, receiving his certificate in welding, and began working in New Prague. He was united in marriage to Karen Grenz on June 27, 1970. He later moved back to Tyler and operated Hall's Welding, then went to work for Larry Sterzinger in road construction. Kenneth was a member of St. Dionysius Catholic Church. He retired in 2012. Kenneth died unexpectedly at his home in Tyler on Friday, August 2, 2013 at the age of 63.
Kenneth is lovingly remembered by his four children, Shannon (Brian) Lawrence of North Mankato, Minnesota, Eric (Heather) Hall of Estelline, South Dakota, Paula Hall of St. Louis, Missouri, and Scot (Kelly) Hall of Portland, Oregon; five grandchildren, Brady, Sophie, Emmaly, Beatrice, and Edward; sisters, Cheryl Hall of St. Louis Park, Minnesota and Nancy Hall of Marshall, Minnesota; brother, Tom (JoAnn) Hall of Tyler, Minnesota; and many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.
