Ronald Jerome Fritz…

was born March 29, 1937 to John and Alma (Mielke) Fritz in Rock Township near Holland, Minnesota. He was baptized and later confirmed at Nicolai Lutheran Church in Canby, Minnesota on August 25, 1974. Ronald had lived in various homes and care communities throughout Minnesota. Since 1999, he has resided at the REM home in Willmar. On Sunday, November 5, Ron endured a stroke and entered the care of Rice Hospital in Willmar where he died on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at the age of 79 years.

Ron had worked for West Central Industries and the recycling center for many years. He enjoyed visiting and coffee with friends, and his travels to places like Branson, Florida, New Ulm for Octoberfest and Polka, and attending the Minnesota Vikings training camps.
Ron will be missed by his friend, Julie of Willmar, Minnesota, his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alma Fritz.
