Susan Margaret Hert

SUSAN MARGARET HERT was born on April 25, 1956 in Cambridge, Ohio to Charles and Marjorie (McQuain) Laughman. She moved with her family to Hermantown, Minnesota where she attended school. On February 16, 2001, Susan was united in marriage to John Brian Hert in Litchfield Park, Arizona. The couple later made their home in Luverne, Minnesota. On July 17, 2018, Susan passed away at the Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the age of 62 years, two months, and 23 days.

Over the years, Susan put her passion for cleaning to use while working in the home she shared with John. In her spare time, she loved to work on arts and crafts projects. She had an affinity for animals and especially enjoyed the companionship of dogs and cats.

Susan will be remembered by her husband, John of Luverne; children, Kelly Laughman of Indianapolis, Indiana, Cassandra Click of Cincinnati, Ohio, Lisa Click of Brookfield, Missouri, Desary Click of Phoenix, Arizona, and Scott and Kevin Click, both of Luverne; brother, Greg Laughman of Las Vegas, Nevada; sister, Kathy Eckstrom of Duluth, Minnesota; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Margaret Laughman.

Susan's family will hold a private interment at a later date in Duluth, Minnesota.
