William "Billy" Bullerman

William “Billy” Joseph Bullerman was born on March 15, 1937 to William and Elizabeth (Honermann) Bullerman in Adrian, Minnesota. He was baptized in St. Adrian Catholic Church on March 22, 1937. His first years were spent at the family farm near Adrian. At age two, his family relocated to a farm near Tyler, Minnesota. Billy graduated from Tyler High School in 1955 and farmed with his family until entering the army in July of 1960. He served his country until June 1962. During his years of service, he suffered an injury which led to a disability. Upon returning to Tyler, he worked on the family farm.  After he ceased farming, he was employed at K-mart in Marshall, Minnesota, and Project Turnabout in Granite Falls, Minnesota. Billy’s responsibilities included being a security guard, truck driver, janitor and caregiver. After retirement, Billy enjoyed travels to Arizona with a good friend. He also enjoyed being with his two dogs, Susie and Sweet Pea. The last few years Billy was a resident of the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne, Minnesota, where he resided until his death on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at the age of 86 years, 11 months and 12 days. 

Billy is survived by a sister, Mary Mueller of Tyler. He was preceded in death by his parents, two infant siblings, Charles and Ann, brothers Ambrose “Bud”, and Robert, and a nephew, Jack.
